1. What we collect

  • Account info: email address and authentication data (handled by Supabase).
  • Roblox profile data you link or claim: username, display name, avatar, and public Roblox profile info.
  • Activity you create: reviews, listings, portfolio items, job/escrow records, and messages tied to those.
  • Payment metadata from Stripe (e.g. payment status) — BloxRep never stores your card number.
  • Technical data: IP address (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), used for fraud and duplicate-review detection.

2. How we use it

We use this data to operate the marketplace and review system, calculate reputation scores, process escrow payments, detect fraudulent or manipulated reviews, and communicate with you about your account or transactions.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run BloxRep: Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payment processing and Connect payouts), and Netlify (hosting). We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

4. Reviews are semi-public

Reviews, listings, and reputation scores you post or receive are public by design — that's the point of a reputation platform. Your raw IP address is never shown publicly; we only store a hashed version internally for abuse prevention.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion through Support; some records (e.g. completed transaction history) may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

BloxRep uses essential cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase). See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Your choices

You can update or delete your profile data, remove listings/portfolio items, and request account deletion at any time. Contact us via the Support page for deletion requests.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
